Getting a good reading

• Light matters most. Linden works best indoors — near a window or under cool, even light. Warm bedside lamps and dim rooms make the pulse signal harder to read.
• Hold still. Prop your phone against something at face level and stay relaxed for the full thirty seconds.
• Keep your distance. About an arm’s length away, with your face filling the oval from chin to forehead.
• If a scan reads poorly, Linden tells you what to adjust and does not save it, so your streak and baseline are unaffected.

Is my data private?

Yes. The video of your face is processed on your phone and then deleted — it never leaves your device. Linden has no account system, and we never sell your data. Full details are in our privacy policy.

Managing your subscription

Linden Plus is an optional subscription billed through your Apple Account. To view, change, or cancel it, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Linden. Cancelling keeps everything you have already recorded — it only pauses the Plus features.

Deleting your data

Everything Linden stores lives on your phone. To remove all of it, delete the app — iOS clears the local storage when you uninstall.
